EL DEUDOR ALIMENTISTA NO P ODRA PEDIR QUE SE INCORPORE A SU FAMILIA, AL QUE DEBE RECIBIR LOS ALIMENTOS, CUANDO SE TRATE DE UN CONYUGE DIVORCIADO QUE RECIBA ALIMENTOS DEL OTRO, Y CUANDO HAYA INCONVENIENCIA LEGAL PARA HACER ESA INCORPORACION.
