Artículo 305 Código Civil del Estado de Chiapas
Capítulo II
EL OBLIGADO A DAR ALIMENTOS CUMPLE LA OBLIGACION ASIGNANDO UNA PENSION SUFICIENTE AL ACREEDOR ALIMENTARIO, O INCORPORANDOLO ASU FAMILIA. SI EL ACREEDOR SE SUPONE SER INCORPORADO, COMPETE AL JUEZ, SEGUN LAS CIRCUNSTANCIAS, FIJAR LA MANERA DE MINISTRAR LOS ALIMENTOS.
