EL DEUDOR ES PARTE PARA LITIGAR EN LOS INCIDENTES RELATIVOS A LA RECTIFICACION DE LOS CREDITOS, PERO NO EN LAS CUESTIONES REFERENTES A LA GRADUACION.
ES TAMBIEN PARTE EN LAS CUESTIONES RELATIVAS A ENAJENACION DE LOS BIENES. EN TODAS LAS DEMAS SERA REPRESENTADO POR EL SINDICO, AUN EN LOS JUICIOS HIPOTECARIOS.
