Artículo 666 Código de Procedimientos Civiles del Estado de Chiapas
Capítulo I
LA APELACION DEBE INTERPONERSE POR ESCRITO ANTE EL JUEZ QUE PRONUNCIO LA RESOLUCION EN LA FORMA Y TERMINOS PREVISTOS EN LOS ARTICULOS SIGUIENTES, SALVO CUANDO SE TRATE DE APELACIONES EXTRAORDINARIAS.
LOS AUTOS E INTERLOCUTORIAS SERAN APELABLES CUANDO LO FUERE LA SENTENCIA DEFINITIVA.
