CUANDO LAS TRANSACCIONES O LOS CONVENIOS SE CELEBRAREN EN SEGUNDA INSTANCIA, SERAN EJECUTADOS POR EL JUEZ QUE CONOCIO EN LA PRIMERA, A CUYO EFECTO EL T RIBUNAL DEVOLVERA LOS AUTOS AL INFERIOR, ACOMPAÑANDOLE TESTIMONIO DEL CONVENIO.
