EL CONTRATO DE COMPRAVENTA CONCERTADO BAJO LA CONDICION RESOLUTORIA DE LA FALTA DE PAGO DEL PRECIO TOTAL O PARCIAL, DA LUGAR A LA ACCION EJECUTIVA PARA RECUPERAR LA COSA VENDIDA SI EL ACREEDOR CONSIGNA LAS PRESTACIONES RECIBIDAS DEL DEMANDADO, CON LA REDUCCION CORRESPONDIENTE AL DEMERITO DE LA COSA, CALCULADA EN EL CONTRATO O PRUDENTEMENTE POR EL JUEZ
