EL ASEGURAMIENTO DE BIENES DECRETADOS POR PROVIDENCIA PRECAUTORIA Y LA CONSIGNACION A QUE SE REFIERE EL ARTICULO 249, SE RIGEN POR LO DISPUESTO EN LAS REGLAS GENERALES DEL SECUESTRO.
EL INTERVENTOR Y EL DEPOSITARIO SERAN NOMBRADOS POR EL JUEZ.
