Artículo 304 Código Familiar del Estado de Michoacán

La Sociedad de Convivencia termina:

I. Por la voluntad de ambos o de cualquiera de los convivientes, el trámite deberá realizarse ante el Oficial del Registro Civil;

II. Por el cambio de régimen conyugal de cualquiera de sus integrantes;

III. Por el abandono del hogar común de uno de los convivientes por más de tres meses, sin que haya causa justificada, deberá de realizarse el procedimiento jurisdiccional correspondiente; y,

IV. Por la defunción de alguno de los convivientes, el tramité deberá realizarse ante el Oficial del Registro Civil.
