Capítulo XIII
EL TUTOR QUE ENTRE AL CARGO SUCEDIENDO A OTRO, ESTA OBLIGADO A EXIGIR LA ENTREGA DE BIENES Y CUENTAS AL QUE LE HA PRECEDIDO. SI NO LA EXIGE, ES RESPONSABLE DE TODOS LOS DAÑOS Y PERJUICIOS QUE POR SU OMISION SE SIGUIEREN AL INCAPACITADO.
