Capítulo X
EL ARRENDAMIENTO HECHO DE CONFORMIDAD CON EL ARTICULO ANTERIOR, SUBSISTIRA POR EL TIEMPO CONVENIDO, AUN CUANDO SE ACABE LA TUTELA; PERO SERA NULA TODA ANTICIPACION DE RENTA O ALQUILERES POR MAS DE DOS AÑOS.
