Artículo 318 BIS Código Civil del Estado de Chiapas
Capítulo II
EN EL REGISTRO DE DEUDORES ALIMENTARIOS DEL ESTADO DE CHIAPAS, SE INSCRIBEN A LAS PERSONAS QUE TIENEN LA OBLIGACION DE PROPORCIONAR PENSION ALIMENTICIA POR MANDATO JUDICIAL O ESTABLECIDA MEDIANTE CONVENIO JUDICIAL, PUDIENDO ESTAR INSCRITO COMO DEUDOR ALIMENTARIO VOLUNTARIO, DEUDOR ALIMENTARIO SIN ADEUDO DE SUS PAGOS O DEUDOR ALIMENTARIO MOROSO.
