Título DECIMO
SI EL ACREEDOR ES PERTURBADO EN LA POSESION DE LA PRENDA, DEBE AVISARLE AL DUEÑO PARA QUE LA DEFIENDA; SI EL DEUDOR NO CUMPLIERE CON ESTA OBLIGACION, SERA RESPONSABLE DE TODOS LOS DAÑOS Y PERJUICIOS.
