EL PROPIETARIO ESTA OBLIGADO A GARANTIZAR A SU APARCERO LA POSESION Y EL USO DEL GANADO Y A SUSTITUIR POR OTROS, EN CASO DE EVICCION, LOS ANIMALES PERDIDOS; DE LO CONTRARIO, ES RESPONSABLE DE LOS DAÑOS Y PERJUICIOS A QUE DIERE LUGAR POR LA FALTA DE CUMPLIMIENTO DEL CONTRATO.
