Capítulo III
CUANDO LA ADMINISTRACION NO SE HUBIERE LIMITADO A ALGUNO DE LOS SOCIOS, TODOS TENDRAN DERECHO DE CONCURRIR A LA DIRECCION Y MANEJO DE LOS NEGOCIOS COMUNES. LAS DECISIONES SERAN TOMADAS POR MAYORIA, OBSERVANDOSE, RESPECTO DE ESTA, LO DISPUESTO EN EL ARTICULO 2686.
