EL CONTRATO DE HOSPEDAJE TIENE LUGAR CUANDO ALGUNO PRESTA A OTRO ALBERGUE, MEDIANTE LA RETRIBUCION CONVENIDA, COMPRENDIENDOSE O NO, SEGUN SE ESTIPULE, LOS ALIMENTOS Y DEMAS GASTOS QUE ORIGINE EL HOSPEDAJE.
