EL PERMISO A QUE SE REFIERE EL ARTICULO QUE PRECEDE, NO SERA OBLIGATORIO SINO EN EL PERIODO Y POR EL TIEMPO RIGUROSAMENTE INDISPENSABLE, CONFORME A LAS COSTUMBRES LOCALES, SALVO CONVENIO EN CONTRARIO.
