Capítulo I
NO SE DECLARARAN NULAS LAS DEUDAS CONTRAIDAS POR EL MENOR, PARA PROPORCIONARSE LOS ALIMENTOS QUE NECESITE, CUANDO SU REPRESENTANTE LEGITIMO SE ENCUENTRE AUSENTE.
