Título V
SI LA DONACION FUERE DE TODOS LOS BIENES, EL DONATARIO SERA RESPONSABLE DE TODAS LAS DEUDAS DEL DONANTE ANTERIORMENTE CONTRAIDAS; PERO SOLO HASTA LA CANTIDAD CONCURRENTE CON LOS BIENES DONADOS, Y SIEMPRE QUE LAS DEUDAS TENGAN FECHA AUTENTICA.
