Título V
SI LA DONACION SE HACE CON LA CARGA DE PAGAR LAS DEUDAS DEL DONANTE, SOLO SE ENTENDERAN COMPRENDIDAS LAS QUE EXISTAN CON FECHA AUTENTICA, AL TIEMPO DE LA DONACION.
