Título OCTAVO
LA FALTA DE FORMA ESTABLECIDA POR LA LEY, SI NO SE TRATA DE ACTOS SOLEMNES, ASI COMO EL ERROR, EL DOLO, LA VIOLENCIA, LA LESION, Y LA INCAPACIDAD DE CUALQUIERA DE LOS AUTORES DEL ACTO, PRODUCE LA NULIDAD RELATIVA DEL MISMO.
