Capítulo IV
LA NOVACION ES NULA SI LO FUERE TAMBIEN LA OBLIGACION PRIMITIVA, SALVO QUE LA CAUSA DE NULIDAD SOLAMENTE PUEDA SER INVOCADA POR EL DEUDOR, O QUE LA RATIFICACION CONVALIDE LOS ACTOS NULOS EN SU ORIGEN.
