Artículo 2162 Código Civil del Estado de Chiapas
Capítulo I
PARA QUE HAYA LUGAR A LA COMPENSACION SE REQUIERE QUE LAS DEUDAS SEAN IGUALMENTE LIQUIDAS Y EXIGIBLES. LAS QUE NO LO FUEREN, SOLO PODRAN COMPENSARSE POR CONSENTIMIENTO EXPRESO DE LOS INTERESADOS.
