LA SIMULACION ABSOLUTA NO PRODUCE EFECTOS JURIDICOS. DESCUBIERTO EL ACTO REAL QUE OCULTA LA SIMULACION RELATIVA, ESE ACTO NO SERA NULO SI NO HAY LEY QUE ASI LO DECLARE.
