Capítulo II
EN LOS CASOS DEL ARTICULO 2116, PUEDE EL ADQUIRENTE EXIGIR LA RESCISION DEL CONTRATO Y EL PAGA (SIC) DE LOS GASTOS QUE POR EL HUBIERE HECHO, O QUE SE LE REBAJE UNA CANTIDAD PROPORCIONADA DEL PRECIO, A JUICIO DE PERITOS.
