EN EL CASO DE LOS DOS ARTICULOS ANTERIORES, SI EL QUE ADQUIERE ELIGE LA RESCISION DEL CONTRATO, ESTA OBLIGADO A DEVOLVER LA COSA LIBRE DE LOS GRAVAMENES QUE LE HAYA IMPUESTO.
