Capítulo I
EN LAS OBLIGACIONES DE DAR QUE TENGAN PLAZO FIJO, SE OBSERVARA LO DISPUESTO EN LA FRACCION I DEL ARTICULO ANTERIOR. SI NO TUVIERE PLAZO CIERTO, SE APLICARA LO PREVENIDO EN EL ARTICULO 2054, PARTE PRIMERA.
