EL CESIONARIO DEBE, POR SU PARTE, SATISFACER AL CEDENTE TODO LO QUE HAYA PAGADO POR LAS DEUDAS O CARGAS DE LA HERENCIA Y SUS PROPIOS CREDITOS CONTRA ELLA, SALVO SI HUBIERE PACTADO LO CONTRARIO.
