Capítulo VI
EL QUE ESTUVIERE OBLIGADO A NO HACER ALGUNA COSA, QUEDARA SUJETO AL PAGO DE DAÑOS Y PERJUICIOS EN CASO DE CONTRAVENCION. SI HUBIERE OBRA MATERIAL, PODRA EXIGIR EL ACREEDOR QUE SEA DESTRUIDA A COSTA DEL OBLIGADO.
