Artículo 1915 Código Civil del Estado de Chiapas
Capítulo I
EN TANTO QUE LA CONDICION NO SE CUMPLA, EL DEUDOR DEBE ABSTENERSE DE TODO ACTO QUE IMPIDA QUE LA OBLIGACION PUEDA CUMPLIRSE EN SU OPORTUNIDAD.
EL ACREEDOR PUEDE, ANTES DE QUE LA CONDICION SE CUMPLA, EJERCITAR TODOS LOS ACTOS CONSERVATORIOS DE SU DERECHO.
