SE ENTIENDE POR DOLO EN LOS CONTRATOS, CUALQUIERA SUGESTION O ARTIFICIO QUE SE EMPLEE PARA INDUCIR A ERROR O MANTENER EN EL A ALGUNO DE LOS CONTRATANTES; Y POR MALA FE, LA DISIMULACION DEL ERROR DE UNO DE LOS CONTRATANTES UNA VEZ CONOCIDO.
