Capítulo VI
A NINGUN COHEREDERO PUEDE OBLIGARSE A PERMANECER EN LA INDIVISION DE LOS BIENES, NI AUN POR PREVENCION EXPRESA DEL TESTADOR; PERO TRATANDOSE DE PREDIOS SUSCEPTIBLES DE FRACCIONARSE PARA DESTINARLOS A LA CONSTRUCCION DE VIVIENDAS DEBERAN OBSERVARSE LAS FORMALIDADES QUE SEÑALA EL ARTICULO 967 DE ESTE CODIGO.
