LOS ACREEDORES QUE SE PRESENTEN DESPUES DE PAGADOS LOS LEGATARIOS, SOLAMENTE TENDRAN ACCION CONTRA ESTOS, CUANDO EN LA HERENCIA NO HUBIERE BIENES BASTANTES PARA CUBRIR SUS CREDITOS.
