Capítulo III
EN CASO DEL ARTICULO QUE PRECEDE, LA PERSONA QUE HAYA RUBRICADO Y FIRMADO POR EL TESTADOR, CONCURRIRA CON EL A LA PRESENTACION DEL PLIEGO CERRADO; EN ESTE ACTO, EL TESTADOR DECLARARA QUE AQUELLA PERSONA RUBRICO Y FIRMO EN SU NOMBRE Y ESTA FIRMARA EN LA CUBIERTA CON LOS TESTIGOS Y EL NOTARIO.
