Capítulo I
EL AUTOR TIENE DERECHO DE RESERVARSE LA FACULTAD DE PUBLICAR TRADUCCIONES DE SUS OBRAS; PERO EN ESTE CASO DEBE DECLARAR SI LA RESERVA SE LIMITA A DETERMINADO IDIOMA, O SI LOS COMPRENDE TODOS.
