CUANDO LOS PREDIOS INFERIORES RECIBAN LAS AGUAS DE LOS SUPERIORES A CONSECUENCIA DE LAS MEJORAS AGRICOLAS O INDUSTRIALES HECHAS A ESTOS, LOS DUEÑOS DE LOS PREDIOS SIRVIENTES, TIENEN DERECHO DE SER INDEMNIZADOS.
